About CAP	English (USA)
Carbon Neutral Albany is a group of citizens working together toward achieving a carbon neutral city. The City of Albany has committed to reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions to 25% less than 2004 levels by 2020 (Resolution 07-9 passed 19 March 2007). Pursuant to this, the City is drafting a Climate Action Plan (CAP) to lay out how to achieve this goal. Carbon Neutral Albany (C0A) aims to be active in this effort of formulating the plan, and also be 'where the shovel hits the dirt', in terms of realizing it. C0A also aims to be a broad coalition that operates above the political fray, as this issue is too important to not involve everyone. Thank you for joining us!
